Happy July! This year is just flying by, ugh. Six months left to reach some goals and I am definitely feeling inspired. I took the past week to relax and reset. Something that has been weighing on me is the need to take better care of myself. While I have some pretty good habits and daily routines, I can let lack of planning, laziness, and poor thinking get in my way.

I decided I would begin a wellness series titled “Simply Loving” that would focus on what I am doing to take care of my mind, body, and spirit. For the month of July you’ll notice posts on Wednesday mornings relating to caring for your mind. These posts will contain information about challenging negative thoughts, gaining insight, improving mental clarity, developing a self-care routine, and the importance of checking in with yourself.

As always, these opinions are 100% my own and based upon my experiences with self-improvement and being supportive of my client base. I hope to create valuable content that sparks self-reflection and discussions. This series will also hold me accountable because I’m no good to anyone if I’m not taking care of myself.
