Therapy is becoming trendy which I hope means it is being normalized in our culture. For most, understanding the therapy process and the benefits of therapy is a new revolution. Mental health and wellness is something we all have as human beings. It is our right to take care of our whole selves: physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Founder of Empire Counseling Services, Patrice is certified in Anger Management and Parent-Child Interactions Therapy. Her instagram posts are for the culture. Ask Dr Jess, is a platform started by Jessica Clemons, MD- a psychiatrist in New York who encourages people to #bewell
She hosts a weekly Instagram live which covers topics on anxiety, empathy, trauma and she answers your questions. She recently started a monthly series called Be Well Converstions in which she has conversations with celebrities and public figures about mental health and their own self-care.
